These controllers are typically sold by Ghozt Lighting as a bare-bones circuit board with no connectors, wiring, power converters, or fuses. We simplify things by providing you with everything you need to start with a Blueghozt module in a neat pre-wired package.

Installation

1. Install your desired RGB components inside your head lights or tail lights.

2. Drill a 5/8" diameter hole in the lights dust cap or other safe location that doesn't interfere with the lights mounting points. Unscrew the cable gland nut and feed the wires and RGB 3 pin JST connector through the hole. Snugly tighten the cable gland nut.

3. Connect RGB components to the RGB 3 pin JST connector inside the head lights.

4. Determine the necessary wires to tap into inside the lights to trigger the module inputs (Turn signal, parking light, etc.) This method is highly recommended since the connection is sheltered from the elements, does not require altering the vehicles harness, and allows the lights to be easily uninstalled in the future.

Alternatively, you can reroute the input trigger wires back out the light through the cable gland and tap directly into the vehicles harness. (Not recommended).

5. Test the input triggers and module functionality prior to sealing up your lights to ensure everything is working as intended.

6. When installing on the vehicle ensure the module is in a location safe from heat and other elements. Connect the 5 pin barrel connectors to their respective side. Then power the module by securing the modules terminal rings to your vehicles battery. Connect positive first, then negative.

This installation guide is a general guide of how to install the BlueGhozt v2 Module and circumstances my vary. This guide is a work in progress and will include visual aid in the future. In the meantime don't hesitate to reach out if you have any questions.

BlueGhozt v2 Modules are built to order and will require 1-2 weeks to ship via Standard UPS.

Warranty

LightExcel uses only the best RGB, LED and wiring components on the market for reliability and performance. Over the years we have continuously perfected our techniques to install components with proper soldering, protection from vibration, and waterproofing. In the event you have any issues with our DIY products you can rest assured with a 1 Year Warranty against component failure. Note that the defective item will have to be shipped back at your expense, but once inspected we will determine the point of failure and ship you a replacement free of cost.
