Due to the customer-specific nature of our custom products, there are no returns accepted for custom head lights, tail lights, and fog lights. If you are experiencing issues please check out our warranty section.
For all other products, uninstalled products returned within 30 days of the order date qualify for a no-hassle refund, subject to a 10% restocking fee. The customer is responsible for shipping fees incurred to return the item. After 30 days from the date of purchase, orders no longer qualify for a refund and cannot be returned. If your item has already been installed on your vehicle, it is not eligible for a refund. Items must be returned in original packaging and in perfect condition to be eligible for a refund.
To return an item, please email customer service at firstname.lastname@example.org to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving an RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging, and mail your return to the following address:

Please note, that you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.
Cancelations or refunds must be processed 7 days after the order date and will be subject to a 5% fee due to nonrefundable transaction fees.
All returns must be postmarked within seven (7) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.
